We are a paper packaging supplier. To answer an enquiry we need a few details from you — a name, an email, what you want made and roughly how much of it. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Quanzhou Ibody Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. (trading as IBODY Solution), Ducheng Building 2#328, Chengzhou Industry Zone, Fengze District, Quanzhou, Fujian, China, is the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
| Where it comes from | What we receive |
|---|---|
| Quote and contact forms on this site | Name, email address, company name, country, product interest, quantity, and whatever you write in the message field. Phone or WhatsApp number only if you choose to give it. |
| Lead forms on Facebook or Instagram | The fields shown on that form — typically name, email, company, estimated monthly quantity and business type. |
| Email, WhatsApp or a phone call | Your contact details and the content of the conversation, including artwork or specification files you send us. |
| Website visits (analytics) | Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, referral source. We do not attempt to identify individuals from this data. |
We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data (health, religion, political opinions, biometric data). Please do not send it to us.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Preparing and sending a quotation, sample plan or technical answer | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Producing, inspecting and shipping an order, and handling after-sales issues | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Following up on a quotation we have sent, and occasional product or market updates relevant to your enquiry | Our legitimate interest in serving business customers (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can opt out at any time |
| Measuring which adverts and pages bring enquiries, and improving them | Consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a)) — the Meta pixel is only loaded for visitors in regions where consent is required once consent is given |
| Keeping commercial and tax records | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
4. Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site is a static site and sets no advertising cookies of its own. Two things do leave a trace:
- Essential hosting cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Meta pixel (ID 947337278450883). Pages on this site load the Meta pixel, which tells Meta
that a page was viewed and, when you submit an enquiry, that a lead was created. This lets us see which
adverts produce enquiries and show relevant adverts to people who have visited the site. Meta may set
cookies such as
_fbpfor this purpose. It is not used to identify you personally to us.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking the pixel does not prevent you from contacting us or from receiving a quotation.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is shared only with service providers who need it to do their job for us:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
- FormSubmit — relays form submissions on this site to our mailbox.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and lead forms, as described above.
- Email, messaging and freight providers — only what is needed to correspond with you or to ship an order (for example a courier needs a consignee name and address).
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
6. Where your data is stored
We are based in China and our service providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data originating in the EEA or the UK is transferred out, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies to your data.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- Customers and orders: for the duration of the business relationship plus the period required by accounting and tax law (normally 10 years for commercial records).
- Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.
- Analytics: aggregated and retained for up to 14 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding legal reason for us to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request". We will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, which normally means replying from the email address you contacted us with.
9. Marketing
If you send us an enquiry we may follow up on that specific enquiry. We only add you to general product updates if you have asked for them or if you are an existing business customer and the update relates to what you buy. Every such message tells you how to opt out, and opting out has no effect on your order or quotation.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who prepare quotations, and files you send are stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
