What is the MOQ for custom boxes?
From 2,000 pieces for rigid gift boxes and 5,000 for folding cartons. Complex structures with foil blocks or custom magnets can carry higher minimums — the quotation states the exact number.
What does tooling cost?
Foil blocks and die-cutting moulds are one-time costs, shown as separate lines on the quotation so you can see exactly what is setup and what is per-piece. Tooling is retained for your repeat orders.
Can the box be shipped flat?
Folding cartons always ship flat. Rigid gift boxes can be made as foldable magnetic constructions that ship flat and assemble in seconds — popular for e-commerce brands that post the box directly to customers.
Do you make inserts too?
Yes — EVA foam, moulded pulp and card scaffolds, engineered to your product and included in the sample you approve.
