For more complex constructions — rigid boxes, magnetic closures, multi-piece inserts — the practical minimum rises further, because of the tooling setup. If you need fewer units for a market test, tell us and we will look at a digital short run for you.
Yes — that is how most of our orders start. Send us AI, PDF, EPS or high-resolution PNG files with fonts outlined and a minimum of 300 dpi at print size. If you only have a logo and an idea, our design team can develop the design and supply a dieline for your approval. Artwork checks and digital proofs are free of charge.
We supply a free pre-production sample made to your specification — typically within 7 working days. You only cover the courier charge, which we refund against your first bulk order. Plain stock samples of our standard bag and box constructions can be dispatched the same week for a quick feel of the material and board weights.
Kraft paper bags and corrugated boxes run 12–18 days; white card bags and folding cartons run 15–20 days, because they involve more finishing passes. Peak season (August–November, ahead of Christmas and Black Friday) adds roughly one week. We confirm an exact ship date on your order confirmation and update you with photos at each stage.
Sea freight (LCL and FCL), air freight and express couriers are all available, shipping out of Xiamen or Fuzhou port. We quote FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP — with DDP we handle customs clearance and deliver to your door, which is usually the simplest option for first-time importers. Goods ship flat-packed and palletised to keep freight volume down.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance payable against the bill of lading copy, by T/T or via Alibaba Trade Assurance. For repeat customers we can discuss 30/70, or 30-day open account terms after a track record is established. Letter of credit at sight is accepted for larger container orders.
