Custom printed kraft paper carrier bag for food retail and takeaway

A restaurant's packaging does three jobs at once: it carries hot, greasy food without failing, it keeps the brand in front of the customer after the meal has left the counter, and it stays cheap enough to hand out tens of thousands of times a month. We build the whole kit — counter bags, delivery carriers and meal cartons — printed in your colours, food-contact safe, from 5,000 pieces per item.

The kit we build for food service

Counter & takeaway bagsSOS pinch-bottom bags in 80–120 gsm kraft or white kraft, 1–6 colour flexo. They open with one hand, which is what a busy counter actually needs.
Delivery carrier bags120–150 gsm flat-bottom bags with twisted or flat paper handles, sized to three or four containers plus sides.
Grease-resistant bagsPE-free grease-barrier grades, or PE-coated where the food is saucy and sits in the bag for the length of a delivery run.
Meal boxes & carriers300–350 gsm food-grade board or E-flute corrugated, die-cut handle, stackable for bike and scooter delivery.
Combo & kids' meal boxesFull-colour offset on 300–350 gsm board, die-cut shapes and window patching included in the same run.
Dine-in brand bags150–210 gsm kraft or white card with ribbon, cotton or die-cut handles for multi-course takeaway and gift orders.

Where it is used

Quick-service counters

SOS bags that open with one hand, printed so that every single order leaves the building with your logo on it.

Delivery & aggregator orders

Flat-bottom carriers sized to what actually travels — stackable in the bag, tear-resistant when it is raining, still standing on arrival.

Full-service & dine-in

Heavier carrier bags for multi-course takeaway, plus printed boxes that make leftovers worth carrying home.

Ghost kitchens & multi-brand sites

Several brands off one production slot: separate print plates, shared tooling, short runs per brand.

What decides the specification

Minimum order: 5,000 pcs per item for standard printed bags, cartons and boxes. Multi-colour photographic print, unusual sizes and hand-built rigid boxes carry higher minimums — we confirm the exact figure with your quotation, in one working day.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make the bags grease-resistant without a plastic layer?

Yes. We quote PE-free grease-barrier grades for fried food and pastry, and PE-coated grades where the food is saucy or sits in the bag for a long delivery. Which one you need depends on the menu and the delivery time — tell us both and we will recommend one.

Will our brand colour print accurately on brown kraft?

Kraft is uncoated and warm, so colours shift on it. When a brand colour has to match, we print on white kraft or white card, or adjust the ink to compensate. A printed proof goes out for approval before mass production.

What quantity do restaurants usually start with?

Most first orders are 5,000–10,000 pieces per item, then reorders at 20,000–50,000 once the design is proven. Price breaks start at 20,000 and 50,000 per item.

Can you ship bags and boxes together in one container?

Yes — mixed containers are normal for restaurant groups. We consolidate bags, carriers and boxes into one export booking with one set of documents.
